FAQ

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: After an order is placed, it usually takes 3-5 business days to be received. However, please be aware that some delay may occur during peak times (product launches, holidays, etc.)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

Q: Do you refund shipping fees?

A: Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 Q: How long after I place my order will it ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 72 hours for an order to be processed. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, phone orders, or direct bank transfers.

Q: There is something wrong with my order. Who do I talk to?

Q: I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

A: If you do not receive an email from Fashion Nova within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email or phone for assistance to update your order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Should you need to cancel an order, we are happy to do that for you, so long as your order hasn't been packaged. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Please send an email with the subject "Cancel Order" to info@livefinesse.com and include your order number in the email.

Q: My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once our tracking system shows that your package has been delivered we are not responsible for items stolen from the location of delivery or misplaced by the courier. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcel location.

Q: I think I gave you the wrong information?
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address, shipping & handling fees apply. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 24 hours for re-processing.

Q: My order was confirmed, but I just got an email saying an item is out of stock. What does this mean?

Between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item was no longer available. We will send you an email with an E-gift card containing the amount you are owed for the cost of the item. Please treat the gift card like cash, as it is store credit you can use during a later purchase. Store credit never expires. 

Q: I ordered the wrong size or item. Can I get a refund or exchange my order?

A: Unfortunately, every apparel product in The Live Finesse is print to order, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to sanitation & health regulations, The Live Finesse Shop cannot accept returns. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on beauty items, they are also final sale.

*If in the rare case The Live Finesse Shop sends the wrong product, We will pay return shipping fees. 

Q: I only received part of my order? What's going on?

A: If this happens, you most likely ordered multiple items and they are shipped out to ensure the fastest delivery. Do not be alarmed, the remaing order is on it’s way.

Q: What happens if the delivery service was too rough with my package?
Unfortunately sometimes this happens! To insure your package comes to you damage free, please inspect your order once it arrives. Should you notice damage to your product, please notify Live Finesse within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to send a picture of the damage to us. Live Finesse has the right to decide if you will be awarded a refund or in store credit. Returns must be approved.

Q: What happens if you discontinued a product I purchased?
No exchanges, credits or returns allowed.

Q: I want to carry items from The Live Finesse Shop in my store. Who do I contact?

A: Please send an email with the subject "The Live Finesse Wholesale" to info@livefiness.com.

Q: I want to be a promoter or ambassador for The Live Finesse Shop!

Buyer acknowledges
and remains responsible that (I.) any technician using The Live Finesse Shop products is a State Board Licensed, Certified and Trained Eyelash Extension Technician, (II.)exposure of product chemicals to extreme temperatures and certain environmental factors and usage techniques may cause changes in the product(s), rendering them unsuitable for use and/or achieving optimum results, (III.) products sold by The Live Finesse Shop must be used with extreme care in the manner to which they are intended by a trained technician to prevent accidental injury and (IV.) that any usage/application of The Live Finesse Shop products in any manner be in complete compliance with any regulating or governing boards applicable with regards to safety of use, permission of use, sanitizing methods, storage and handling.

Liability
By purchasing The Live Finesse Shop products and thereby agreeing to these terms, conditions and policies, Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Live Finesse, its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors et al and in no event hold any of these liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements or expenses - including court costs and reasonable attorney fees incident thereto any direct, indirect, special, incidental or economic matter associated with the purchase and/or use of My Brand Lashes products, services and/or instruction. For all such claims and actions of any suggested actual or alleged negligence (whether active or passive, sole or concurrent, simple or gross, strict or statutory), Live Finesse sole liability will be limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.

Expiration of Terms, Conditions and Policies
These terms, conditions and policies are in force and binding with regards to all purchases of The Live Finesse products, past, present or future without expiration, except in the case that new policies or terms be set forth in a reasonable, accessible notice to the buyer. Live Finesse reserves the sole discretionary right to review and update or change its terms and policies as they pertain to product sales, services rendered or instruction.
